Distance to Everything
At a Glance
RAD overlays real-time distance measurements across the full 360° panorama. Every vessel, every obstacle, every channel marker: range calculated continuously from waterline to horizon.
Continuous Calculation
Range updates across every bearing in real time. No manual targeting required.
Waterline to Horizon
From berth walls at close quarters to vessels on the horizon, without reconfiguring.
Recorded with the Image
Distance data archived alongside every frame of the panoramic voyage record.
Detection Range
See it first, in every direction
From a tanker on the horizon to a swimmer alongside, see how far Panoblu spots every target across the full 360° view, day and night, with live range from RAD.

Seaview reads your vessel's NMEA 2000 backbone and overlays it straight onto the 360° panorama. Heading, course and speed orient the view to true north, and AIS contacts are drawn as labelled targets at their real bearing and range, so a name on the screen lines up with the vessel you can actually see.
Because the panorama already covers every direction at once, targets stay anchored in place as you look and zoom around the scene, with no need to slew a camera to chase a contact.
- Heading, COG & SOG -- the view locks to true bearing
- AIS targets -- labelled by name, bearing and range
- RAD range rings -- distance to every contact at a glance
See to the horizon -- then zoom right in
Seaview zooms 36× into the live 360° panorama, down to an 11° field of view. The zoom is digital, so there are no moving parts to point or wear out: you can look all the way to the horizon in any direction at once, with detail gradually decreasing the further out you go.
Shown with sample AIS data for demonstration. Live targets and own-ship data populate automatically once Seaview is connected to the vessel's NMEA 2000 backbone; radar and AIS feeds integrate via ONVIF or third-party platforms.
