What personal data we collect

Who we share your data with
We share personal data only with trusted service providers ("processors") who help us operate our business, and only to the extent necessary. These currently include:
- Customer relationship management (CRM): Enquiry data submitted through our contact form is stored in Zoho CRM to help us manage and respond to your enquiry.
- Email: Enquiry notifications are also delivered to our team email inbox.
- Newsletter delivery: Our newsletter is administered using Zoho, which processes your email address on our behalf.
- Website analytics: Google Analytics (provided by Google) processes technical and usage data, subject to your cookie consent. See our Cookie Policy.
- Website hosting: Our hosting provider hosts the Site and processes data on our behalf.
Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement requiring them to safeguard your data and use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
International data transfers
Some of our service providers (for example Google and Zoho) may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this happens, we ensure an adequate level of protection through mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.
How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above:
- Enquiry data: retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter for a reasonable period for record-keeping, after which it is deleted.
